The three-phase design process
is established to ensure that web site packages are delivered to customers on-time with satisfaction.

Phase I: Page Style and Content Definition.
We work closely with clients to define the web site presentation style and content for the targeted viewers. It's our belief that a well-suited site must have the "personality" that reflects the site owner's philosophical values. Once we receive all the digital content and reference data, a spec will be developed based upon the information, including the scope of the project, features, engineering hours, deliverables, and milestones for delivery.

Phase II: Interactive Project Development.
In modern days, things run as fast as a computer can handle. Business conditions and environments change, too. During the site development, we post the intermediate results online and let the clients monitor the progress. At each stage where a milestone is reached, we contact the client and take input. It is always our goal to achieve total satisfaction from the customer.

Phase III: Installation and Support.
Depending on the project agreement, typically 10 hours of technical support are included in the service package. Our goal is to have the site up and running successfully; we put up the best effort to make sure ease of use and simplicity in maintenance are also parts of the quality measurement of our services.

No job is too small.
Our pricing structure is designed to serve both the quality and simplicity for the operation. The key is in establishing the clear needs and expectations. We use reference designs to guide the process of developing the specifications. The full cost of the project will be determined by the hourly rate and the time to complete the work. We will submit a bid for you to compare. Alternatively, we can also do a flat fee pricing if preferred. The cost will be determined by a similar procedure based on the time of completion and the amount of work.
The base rate is $25 per hour.
